PenBBS #153 Burning of the White House is a black ink with strong green undertones and spectacular gold shimmer. Really, this shimmer is not subtle, and in fact seems to glow off the page. The effect is like seeing warm, yellow light reflected in a dark pool of water at night. It’s really beautiful. The color of the ink itself depends on the paper you use: on some papers it’s just black, while other papers bring out the green. This ink is lovely and wet – a joy to write with.
